My mission at Health by Nutrition goes beyond simply providing nutritional guidance;

it's about making a lasting impact on people's lives by empowering them to take control of their health. We aim to educate and inspire individuals to understand their bodies, listen to the signals they receive, and make informed choices that lead to long-term wellness. My work is rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential to achieve optimal health and that by addressing the root causes of health issues, rather than just the symptoms, I can help people live fuller, healthier, and more vibrant lives.

I’m Alicja, a Registered Nutritionist with an MSc in Biochemistry and an MSc in Food Science and Nutrition.

My journey in nutrition began as a handball player, where I first discovered my passion for sport, healthy eating and active living.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Polish, I connect with clients across diverse backgrounds, delivering tailored nutritional support that meets their unique needs.

As a Certified Lifestyle Medicine and Functional Medicine Professional, I go beyond treating symptoms—I address the root causes of health issues. My approach is evidence-based and holistic, focusing on the five pillars of health: nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being, sleep, and reducing harmful behaviours. I’ve helped clients manage and even reverse chronic conditions like Hashimoto’s Disease through personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans.

My practice is rooted in the principles of Functional Medicine, where I use a science-based, individualised approach to optimise wellness. I collaborate with healthcare professionals, including GPs and laboratories, to offer comprehensive care grounded in the latest scientific research. Whether you're dealing with a chronic condition, seeking better sleep, or aiming to enhance your gut health, I’m here to guide you every step. Since founding “Health by Nutrition” in 2013, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others achieve lasting health. I regularly contribute to workshops, webinars, and conferences, sharing my expertise on how nutrition and lifestyle changes can transform lives.
